Senior HR Operations Manager - London based
Hybrid | 3 days per week in the office
We're working with a growing media business that is currently on the lookout for an experienced HR Operations Manager to take ownership all things HR operations, systems and processes.
This is a key new hire for the team, and a brilliant role for someone who enjoys making things work better, building the infrastructure to enable the wider People function to deliver a brilliant people experience.
Heading up a small team, you'll manage a wide reaching remit across the full employee lifecycle - and rather than building from scratch you will be coming into a decent set up with strong foundations.
This role will be all about elevating and streamlining what they have, and futureproofing them ready for continued growth.

They are keen to find someone who is just as comfortable rolling up their sleeves and fixing things as they are thinking strategically about how HR should operate in the future.
Ideal candidates:
- You'll have solid experience working in a specialist HR Ops remit.
- Passionate about all things HR Ops, you'll bring ideas to the table and be ahead of the curve - especially on AI and automation!
- Experienced driving automation, process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Data driven, strong on reporting and elevating systems to improve decision-making.
- A strong understanding of the employee lifecycle, including payroll, benefits, reward and HR administration.
- Knowledgeable on UK employment legislation, compliance and governance.
- Comfortable leading and developing a small team.
- Use to managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
- Most importantly, you'll be pragmatic, solutions-focused and naturally curious about how things can be done better. There is continued investment and growth ahead, this is an opportunity to have real influence over how the HR operations function evolves within a growing organisation.
