Equifind are partnering with a well-established financial services firm who are recruiting a HR Operations Specialist to join their People function on contract, with the opportunity to go permanent. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, regulated environment and wants genuine ownership over the employee lifecycle.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing end-to-end HR operational processes, from onboarding through to offboarding
- Acting as a key point of contact for employees and managers on HR queries
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies across the HR lifecycle
- Maintaining accurate employee data and HR systems (HRIS)
- Supporting on contracts, right-to-work checks, and pre-employment screening
- Partnering with the wider HR team on process improvement and service delivery
- Contributing to HR projects, audits, and reporting

What we're looking for:
- Proven HR Operations/administration experience, ideally within Financial Services or another regulated industry
- Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
- Confident using HRIS systems, with strong attention to detail
- A proactive, organised self-starter comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for HR
