About the Company
Dandelion Civilization develops an AI-powered platform for talent assessment, employee development and human capital management. By combining digital simulations, behavioural analytics and AI, we help organisations make better hiring decisions and build data-driven employee development programmes.
As our international team continues to grow, we are looking for a People Operations / HR Specialist to support our day-to-day people processes and help build a consistent employee experience across the company.
About the Role
This is a hands-on HR role covering the employee lifecycle, internal HR operations and people administration.
You will work closely with managers and team members across the company, supporting onboarding, documentation, HR processes, employee communication and day-to-day people operations.
We are looking for someone organised, approachable and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation and internal people processes.
- Support contract administration, leave tracking and other HR operations.
- Assist managers with day-to-day HR matters.
- Coordinate internal communications related to people processes and company policies.
- Support recruitment and candidate coordination where required.
- Help improve HR workflows, documentation and employee experience.
- Track key HR activities and prepare internal reports.
- Work with external HR, payroll or administrative providers when required.

What We're Looking For
Experience
- At least 2 years' experience in HR, People Operations or a similar role.
- Experience working in an international or remote company would be an advantage.
- Experience supporting multiple stages of the employee lifecycle.
- Experience in a technology or SaaS business would be beneficial.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of core HR processes.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Comfortable working with HR systems, spreadsheets and digital collaboration tools.
- Ability to manage several priorities independently.

AI
- AI should already be part of how you work.
- We expect you to be comfortable using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or similar platforms to prepare documentation, structure information, automate repetitive tasks and improve the efficiency of HR processes.
- Experience building simple AI-assisted workflows for People Operations would be an advantage.
