We’re working with a private-equity-backed professional services business of around 100 people across the UK, US and Australia.
Its three-person People team is looking for someone who enjoys making processes work better and can turn ideas into practical tools for employees and managers.
About the Role
This is a varied role spanning People operations, systems and projects. One of your first priorities will be helping to develop and test a self-service AI HR assistant: organising the information behind it, working with colleagues to check that it is useful, and helping the team improve it over time.

You’ll also help connect People systems and performance data, develop clear frameworks, and support onboarding and learning initiatives. Alongside the project work, you’ll provide practical People advice when needed. You’ll work closely with colleagues across functions and time zones, initially reporting to the People lead.

Ideal Candidate
We’d love to speak to you if you:
- Have built a foundation in People or HR and are ready for a role with broader ownership.
- Enjoy improving processes, coordinating projects and getting systems to work together.
- Are curious about automation and AI, and comfortable working with data.
- Can explain things clearly and build relationships across a small, international business.
- Bring sound judgement, adaptability and a commercial outlook.

Experience
Experience in professional services, or with tools such as Bob, Monday.com, HubSpot or Salesforce, would be useful. You don’t need to have used every system on the list.
Working Arrangements
The team usually spends two days a week in its London office, with flexibility for people based further away.
