HR Operations Administrator
I’m partnered with a leading organisation within the financial services sector that is looking to appoint an HR Operations Administrator on a 12-month temporary contract. This opportunity sits within a busy and high-performing HR team and will play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle whilst contributing to ongoing people process improvements and HR transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, contractual changes and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR data integrity across systems.
- Prepare employment documentation, including contracts, letters and employment references.
- Act as a first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and managers.
- Support payroll and benefits administration through timely and accurate processing.
- Coordinate absence management, family leave and flexible working administration.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with HR projects and process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

About You
- 3+ years previous experience within an HR Administration or HR Operations role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Experience working with HR systems and maintaining employee records.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Experience within financial services or another regulated environment would be advantageous.
