We're looking for an HR Partner - or a Senior HR Advisor ready to make that next step up - to join an independent ad agency group at an exciting stage of growth. You'll own the full employee experience across two distinct agency subsidiaries, roughly 100 people between them including a small international office, reporting directly into the Head of HR.
This is a genuinely broad HR generalist role in a fast-moving creative environment, where priorities shift quickly and you'll need to be comfortable operating with ambiguity.
What you'll be doing
- Owning the full employee lifecycle across two agency subsidiaries — from recruitment and onboarding through to performance, development and offboarding
- Leading recruitment for both businesses, partnering closely with hiring managers on briefs, process and candidate experience
- Acting as a trusted HR partner to senior leadership, advising confidently on people strategy, organisational design and complex employee relations matters
- Coaching and supporting managers, many of whom manage managers themselves - helping them build confidence and capability in their own people leadership
- Managing HR data and processes via HiBob, including gathering and coordinating payroll information ahead of handover to the external payroll provider
- Supporting the group's small international office, working alongside local legal counsel to stay compliant with local employment law
- Contributing to wider group projects beyond core HR - this is a business that expects its HR Partner to have a seat at the table on broader organisational initiatives
- Bringing structure and consistency across two agency cultures, while respecting what makes each of them distinct

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
