Summary

Our client based in Twickenham and needs interim support in onboarding including developing payroll. They seek an HR professional that can build their onboarding strategy and payroll capability.

Our Client

My client is a not for profit heritage site employing around 12 staff with a casual workforce adding an additional 20.

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional with payroll experience to support on a part-time basis for 3 months.

Main Duties

The main parts to this role include:

  • Make the payroll fit for additional headcount
  • Develop handbook
  • Streamline onboarding

The Successful Candidate

The ideal candidate will be able to work remotely in a stand-alone role to work through the projects outlined.

What’s on offer?

This project is looking at circa 3 days a week for 3 months with a day rate of £250-£270 per day limited or umbrella.
