HR Policy Manager

3 Months

£550 (Inside IR35)

3 days on site p/w

London/Bedfordshire


We are looking for an HR Policy Manager to lead the end to end lifecycle of People Policies across a UK, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man operation.

You will be the go-to expert on employment legislation for senior People leadership, owning the quality and legal robustness of policies while shaping strategy in partnership with senior stakeholders.

What you will do

  • Lead policy creation, development, governance, and change
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on employment law
  • Manage compliance activity including audits and inspections
  • Support Risk, Compliance, and GDPR reporting
  • Represent the business externally with bodies such as the CBI and UK Hospitality

What we are looking for

  • Strong UK employment law and Employee Relations background in a fast-paced, commercial environment
  • Proven project and change management experience
  • Confident in influencing senior stakeholders
  • CIPD accreditation desirable
