HR Project Manager

Salary: Market-related and based on location

Location: Any country where our client is registered and legally able to employ staff

Working Arrangement: Hybrid for UK candidates, combining office and home working by agreement with the line manager

Hours: 28 hours per week

Overview

Our client, an international Christian charity, is seeking an HR Project Manager to lead global People & Culture projects and provide strategic and operational support to senior leadership.

The role will turn strategy into delivery across complex people projects, organisational change, HR technology, workforce analytics and planning. You will work across international teams and use data, dashboards and KPIs to support informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Lead key global People & Culture projects and track progress against team objectives.
  • Manage complex people project lifecycles across an international organisation.
  • Lead change management activity, including the introduction of new HR technologies and ways of working.
  • Develop and oversee corporate dashboards, workforce analytics and KPIs.
  • Use people data and insights to support leadership decision-making and organisational planning.
  • Represent the People & Culture function in global, cross-functional project groups.
  • Build effective relationships with external organisations, forums and consortiums.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing complex people or HR project lifecycles in a global setting, within either the international development/non-profit or commercial sector.
  • Extensive experience of workforce analytics and workforce planning for organisational growth.
  • Experience leading organisations through transformational change, rapid growth or restructuring.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate across cultures.
