This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Human Resources & Recruitment Coordinator based in United Kingdom.
This role is ideal for an organized and people-oriented professional who enjoys building efficient hiring processes and connecting great candidates with the right opportunities.
- You will support the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and maintaining accurate hiring records.

Accountabilities
The Human Resources & Recruitment Coordinator will support daily recruitment operations by managing candidate interactions, maintaining organized hiring workflows, and ensuring a consistent experience throughout the recruitment process. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple hiring activities independently.
- Source potential candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms using established search criteria.
- Conduct candidate outreach, follow-ups, and initial communication to engage qualified profiles.
- Review applications, portfolios, introduction videos, and candidate information to assess suitability.
- Screen candidates against role requirements and identify strong matches for further evaluation.
- Prepare shortlists and communicate candidate recommendations to hiring stakeholders.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and internal team members while ensuring smooth coordination.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews using structured interview guides and capture detailed notes.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, hiring trackers, and applicant tracking system (ATS) updates.
- Provide regular updates on candidate progress and support communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure candidates receive timely updates and guidance throughout the recruitment journey.
- Assist with onboarding handoff activities once candidates are selected.
- Maintain organized hiring documentation and handle candidate information with confidentiality.

Requirements
The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-focused professional with experience in recruitment, HR support, candidate coordination, or administrative roles. Strong communication skills, process discipline, and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this position.
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR coordination, candidate sourcing, screening, or administrative support.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Confidence conducting candidate conversations and video interviews.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
- Comfortable using tools such as Google Sheets, ATS platforms, ClickUp, or similar systems.
- Ability to follow structured processes while identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Good judgment when evaluating candidate profiles and matching skills to requirements.
- Professional, friendly, and empathetic communication style.
- Ability to manage confidential candidate information responsibly.
- Proactive mindset with strong follow-up habits and ownership of assigned tasks.
- Experience with remote hiring, LinkedIn sourcing, recruitment agencies, startups, or ATS systems is a plus.
