We are known for our expertise in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Inspection services.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Recruitment Officer at Groupe GISMIC. The role is located in the London Area, United Kingdom, with the option for some remote work. The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for HR management, developing job descriptions, implementing HR policies, and managing employee relations on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Manage the Sponsor License issues as the "level one user".
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Organize training and development programs.
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration.

Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills.
- Experience with Sponsor License management.
- Experience in developing job descriptions and HR policies.
- Proficiency in managing employee relations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- HR certification is a plus.
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
