Role Description

The Human Resources Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Liverpool. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including handling employee inquiries, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and maintaining accurate personnel records. The role involves implementing HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, and supporting performance and development processes in line with company standards. The Human Resources Specialist will work closely with management to ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices, while fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The role also includes contributing to HR projects, assisting with training initiatives, and supporting change management as the business grows.

  • Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience managing day-to-day HR operations.
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, including implementation, communication, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Experience in Personnel Management, including record-keeping, employee relations, and support for recruitment and onboarding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency with HR information systems and standard office software (e.g., MS Office or equivalent).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
