Corporate Services & HR Specialist | London
We’re looking for a Corporate Services & HR Specialist to help an organisation develop its independent operating arrangements. The role combines service provider and contract coordination with practical HR support.
What you’ll do
- Manage service agreements and work with providers to ensure services are delivered effectively.
- Review existing arrangements, assess alternative providers and support service transitions, including cost and benefit analysis.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and other employee lifecycle activities.
- Coordinate with external HR providers and colleagues across different locations.
- Help with HR policies, procedures and day-to-day queries.

What you’ll bring

- A degree in HR, business administration, law, management or a related field.
- Around 5–8 years of relevant experience, including service or contract management and HR.
- Experience working with external providers and managing contractual arrangements.
- A sound understanding of HR processes, strong coordination skills and fluent English.
- Knowledge of Italian would be advantageous
