🚀 HR Specialist (FTC)
📍 Wokingham
💰 £35,000 - £40,000 DOE
📅 12-18 Month Fixed Term Contract
About the Company
Our client is a friendly, growing business with a strong people-first culture and an excellent reputation within their sector. They're looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join their supportive HR team and help deliver an outstanding employee experience across the business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing practical HR advice and support to managers and employees
- Managing employee relations cases including absence, disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters
- Supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through to offboarding
- Assisting with TUPE transfers and HR projects
- Maintaining HR records and ensuring compliance with employment legislation
- Building strong relationships across the business and coaching managers on people matters

What We're Looking For
- Experience in an HR Advisor, HR Specialist, or Generalist HR role
- Strong employee relations knowledge and case management experience
- Good understanding of UK employment law
- Confident communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- CIPD Level 5 (desirable) or equivalent experience
