Cembre Ltd, part of the internationally recognised Cembre Group, is a market-leading manufacturer of electrical connectors, cable accessories, and associated tooling. As a profitable, family-owned business with ambitious growth plans across the UK and Ireland, we're looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our team on a fixed-term contract for up to 15 months, starting immediately. Reporting to the HR & Business Change Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting our growth and transformation agenda.
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our team on a fixed-term contract for up to 15 months. Reporting to the HR & Business Change Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting our growth and transformation agenda.
Responsibilities
- Driving job evaluation and organisational design activity
- Leading complex Employee Relations cases from start to finish
- Supporting business change, restructures, and culture initiatives
- Managing recruitment and talent acquisition projects
- Coaching managers and providing pragmatic HR advice
- Supporting employee engagement and continuous improvement initiatives
- Working across both the UK and Ireland

Required Skills
- Proven generalist HR experience within a fast-paced business environment
- Strong experience in job evaluation
- Confident managing complex ER cases independently
- Experience supporting organisational change and engagement programmes
- Strong recruitment and stakeholder management skills
Qualification and Experience
- CIPD qualified (or working towards Level 7 qualification) preferred
- Manufacturing or industrial sector experience
