Are you ready to put the "Partner" into HR Business Partner and the "Human" into Human Resources?

We're looking for an experienced HR & Wellbeing Business Partner to join our team and help drive our people process.

Why This Role Matters

Our people make the difference. In this role, you'll champion a positive, inclusive, and high performing culture, ensuring that our workforce is supported, developed, and aligned with our organisational values and ambitions. Why join LHP?

We’re more than a housing provider, we’re a purpose driven team that cares deeply about our customers, our communities, and each other.

Alongside a salary of £38,365.18, you’ll enjoy a fantastic range of benefits:

  • An employee wellbeing package worth up to £1,200 per year (Westfield Health)
  • Discounted shopping vouchers.
  • A brilliant salary sacrifice pension scheme — with up to 12% employer contribution.
  • 32 days’ holiday (including bank holidays), increasing annually for your first five years.
  • Opportunities to earn extra leave for full attendance, plus buy options.
  • Access to Mental Health First Aiders across the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
