A Human Tissue Bank Manager is required for an innovative and rapidly growing biotechnology company focused on advancing the development of novel therapies in areas of high unmet medical need. As a Human Tissue Bank Manager, you will take ownership of the company's human tissue repository, ensuring the highest standards of sample management, regulatory compliance, data integrity, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management of a human tissue repository, overseeing the full lifecycle of biological samples.
• Coordinate sample procurement, registration, storage, inventory management, distribution, and tracking.
• Maintain complete traceability of biospecimens using laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
• Ensure compliance with HTA regulations, GDPR requirements, research ethics guidelines, and internal quality standards.
• Manage SOPs, quality systems, audits, and inspection readiness activities.
• Work closely with scientists, project teams, and data specialists to support research programmes and facilitate access to samples.
• Generate reports and insights on inventory, utilisation, and operational performance.
• Coordinate sample shipments and external supplier relationships.
• Train and mentor colleagues on best practices in biospecimen handling and repository operations.
