Company Description
mOm is a multi-award-winning, early-stage medical technology company built on strong values of community, pioneering spirit, and a patient-centric approach. By constantly challenging conventional wisdom, the team is working on introducing a range of products in healthcare, the first of which is the mOm Incubator. The company aims to achieve this while ensuring a focus on continual quality improvement and customer satisfaction.
Supported by prolific industry professionals and investors, including Cross Border Impact Ventures, a North American-based fund focused on children’s and women’s health, mOm is united by a clear mission: to give every child the best start in life through smarter healthcare technology.
This role is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company and gain broad exposure across multiple aspects of the business. If you value high standards, an open working environment, and are keen to develop your skills while taking ownership of your own projects, we’d love to hear from you!
Purpose of the Role
The Humanitarian Project Manager will manage and support the delivery of mOm’s projects and partnership activities in the humanitarian and global health sectors. Working closely with NGOs, humanitarian agencies, funders, and implementation partners, the role will ensure projects are planned, executed, and monitored effectively, delivering measurable impact for newborns.
This role acts as a central point of coordination across external international stakeholders, logistics providers, and internal teams. The role is ideal for someone with experience in the humanitarian or global health sector who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple projects and stakeholders.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
