HV (High Voltage) Engineering Manager
Heathrow
Up to £90,000
Brand new opportunity for an experienced HV (High Voltage) Engineering Manager to lead a team on a Critical site in Heathrow.
Our client is seeking a technically strong and confident individual with excellent communication and team leadership skills. You will have experience planning maintenance, managing teams, and coordinating subcontractors, with a strong focus on delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality work.
HV Engineering Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records relating to Health & Safety, electrical works, building compliance, and quality assurance.
- Supervise and manage subcontractors, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standards.
- Hold an appropriate HV qualification and work towards achieving Authorised Person (AP) status.
- Plan and coordinate planned works, ensuring the correct labor, resources, and equipment are available.
- Manage shift cover, including annual leave and personnel requirements.
- Operate in line with the site Permit to Work system and all relevant Health & Safety procedures.
- Ensure RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) are prepared, reviewed, and followed for all works.
- Monitor performance against contractual KPIs and SLAs.
- Keep the CAFM/Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) up to date, ensuring accurate asset and maintenance records.
- Work closely with management teams to plan projects, develop technical solutions, and coordinate engineering activities.
- Support the management team with day-to-day operational, technical, and administrative requirements.

HV Engineering Manager Requirements:

- Having an active High Voltage (HV) certification
- Experienced in managing a large team in a critical environment
- Been involved in multiple shutdowns
HV Engineering Manager Salary & Benefits:
- Overall package of just under £90,000 (Basic of £82,000 + Car allowance and bonus)
- Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
- Annual Salary review
