Role Overview
Join us in this role where you’ll lead the day-to-day delivery of planned, corrective, troubleshooting, and campaign work. You’ll provide technical guidance to technicians and contractors, coordinate offshore activities, and help ensure that work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.

You’ll be part of the Transmission team where you, together with your colleagues, will operate and maintain our transmission assets and deliver the weekly work schedule. You’ll work closely with the Transmission Manager, Planning and Scheduling, Technical Planners, Operations, Engineering, and Logistics to coordinate safe and effective execution.

Key Responsibilities
You’ll play an important role in:
- Leading and coordinating planned, corrective, troubleshooting, and campaign activities, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards
- Supervising, coaching, and providing technical guidance to technicians, specialists, and contractors, while supporting competence development and knowledge sharing
- Coordinating personnel, offshore logistics, tools, equipment, materials, and work-pack readiness in collaboration with the Transmission Manager and relevant support teams
- Providing immediate technical support, escalating complex issues when required, and contributing to troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and defect elimination
- Promoting a strong safety culture through visible leadership, effective risk management, toolbox talks, safety briefings, observations, near-miss reporting, and stop-work authority
- Maintaining accurate work orders, technical records, parts usage, and supporting documentation in SAP or other approved systems

Required Qualifications
To succeed in the role, you:
- Have strong maintenance execution and troubleshooting capability across electrical, mechanical, control, and associated systems
- Demonstrate safety leadership and have practical knowledge of safe systems of work, lifting operations, working at height, and incident investigation
- Have experience supervising technicians, specialists, or contractors and can provide clear direction, coaching, and technical guidance
- Understand work management processes and can maintain accurate, high-quality records in SAP, a computerised maintenance management system, or an equivalent system
- Hold a relevant technical qualification, apprenticeship, degree, or equivalent experience
- Can make sound operational decisions, manage changing priorities, ensure accountability, and collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders

Compensation
Position salary range:
65,644.17- 65,644.17 + pension + benefits
