HVAC and Solar Supervisor (Renewables)
£50,000 - £55,000 + Progression + Training + Healthcare + Vehicle + Company Bonuses Worcester, Worcestershire
Are you a HVAC or Heat Pump Engineer or similar looking to move off the tools into a supervisory role where you will oversee commercial and domestic projects for a company offering progression and a stable pipeline of work?
On offer is that chance to join a well-established company, where you will have full autonomy to run and manage a team and projects within a fully employed. Due to heavy investment, this successful firm are looking to grow their in-house team. Their projects range from large scale industrial solar installations to government backed eco installations.

In this role you will be on-site assisting with site surveys and technical surveys. You will also oversee a team of 6 installation engineers to ensure the quality of the project is maintained.
This role would suit someone from a HVAC background looking to move off the tools and help to supervise commercial an, industrial and domestic projects.
The Role:
- Oversee installations of air pump, HVAC and solar projects
- Receive ongoing training and support to progress into management
- Complete on-site, technical surveys
- Client facing, dealing with any installation issues
The Person:
- HVAC engineer or supervisor
- Looking to move off the tools
- UK driving license
