Job Title: HVAC Commissioning Engineer

Location: Croydon, Greater London

Salary/Benefits: £28k - £50k + Training & Benefits

Our client is a recognised name within the Commissioning / Water Treatment industry, with a national presence and busy client portfolio. They are seeking a HVAC Commissioning Engineer to join their successful team. The ideal candidate will be fully conversant in CIBSE guidelines, and ideally will hold CSA grades, alongside strong technical on-site experience. You will be commissioning and balancing water and air systems, to ensure full functionality and compliance, ensuring to deliver high levels of service. Our client is offering attractive salaries and benefits packages for the successful candidate.

Experience / Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience working as a HVAC Commissioning Engineer
  • Ideally will hold CSA grades
  • Fully conversant in CIBSE guidelines
  • Experience working across a range of client sites, including: commercial, public sector and industrial
  • Good literacy and numeracy skill level
  • Proficient using IT software

The Role:

  • Commissioning of water and air systems across a range of premises
  • Primary and secondary balancing on CHW, AHU and LTHW systems
  • Measuring balance flow rates and recording
  • Working from schematic drawings and blueprints
  • Maintaining equipment and tools
  • Providing technical feedback and project updates to clients
  • Adhering to safety guidelines
  • Producing regular technical reports
  • Maintaining strong working relationships with clients
