HVAC Designer (Building Services)
£50,000 - £55,000 + Bonus + 25 Days Holiday + Christmas Shutdown + Benefits

Are you an experienced HVAC Designer with strong Revit experience, looking to join a well-established building services company where you will work on technically challenging commercial and industrial projects?
Do you want the opportunity to take ownership of HVAC designs from concept through to completion, while working closely with experienced engineers, project managers, architects, and contractors?
On offer is an excellent opportunity to join a growing construction and building services company specializing in delivering high-quality mechanical and environmental solutions to commercial and industrial clients. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced HVAC Designer to strengthen their in-house design team.

The Role
- Develop detailed HVAC system designs and layouts for new-build and refurbishment projects.
- Produce technical drawings and design documentation using Revit and CAD.
- Carry out heating, cooling, and ventilation load calculations.
- Select appropriate HVAC equipment and systems based on project requirements.
- Coordinate HVAC designs with architectural, structural, and other building services drawings.
- Prepare specifications and technical documentation.
The Person
- Experience within HVAC / Mechanical Building Services Design.
- Experience using Revit.
