Our client is a well-established building services and refrigeration specialist delivering installation, service and maintenance across commercial and public-sector sites. With a broad offering spanning air conditioning, refrigeration, ventilation, heating and electrical, they provide a real variety of work in a supportive environment where engineers are developed, not just deployed.

THE HVAC / REFRIGERATION ENGINEER ROLE
- Service, maintenance, fault-finding and repair across commercial AC and refrigeration systems
- Working across split/multi-split, VRF/VRV, DX and refrigeration equipment such as cold rooms
- Supporting installation and commissioning as required
- Delivering planned preventative and reactive maintenance to a high standard
- Maintaining accurate records and working to safe systems of work
- Providing a professional, customer-focused service on client sites

ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- F-Gas Category 1 – essential
- Hands-on experience with commercial air conditioning and/or refrigeration systems
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability
- A reliable, professional approach with a good customer manner
- NVQ Level 3 / time-served status desirable — and reflected at the top of the salary range
