Job Details
Location: Mobile role split between ICR Sutton (3 days/week) and ICR Chelsea (2 days/week)
Pay Rate: 20.64 PAYE
Contract: Temp to Perm for the right candidate
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 (1 hour lunch). Role includes participation in an on–call rota.
Responsible for delivering PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) as the primary focus, alongside some M&E works. Duties include general PPMs and repairs to air conditioning, refrigeration, and AHUs, plus mechanical maintenance to site assets.

Essential
Qualifications & Experience
- F–Gas Category 1 (2079) certification
- NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or City & Guilds equivalent)
- Completed apprenticeship in Air Conditioning maintenance
- Minimum 5 years' post–qualification experience
- Proven technical experience in a similar HVAC/AC role
- Experience using a CAFM system
- Strong Facilities Management background and track record
- Team–working experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)
- Clean driving licence
Desirable
- PASMA & IPAF certification
- IET 18th Edition
