HVAC Facilities Engineer | South West London | £50,000

GH Engage are currently recruiting for an experienced HVAC Facilities Engineer to join an established engineering team at a high-profile commercial site in South West London.

Location: South West London
Salary: £50,000
Holiday: 25 Days + Bank Holidays

Vacancy Overview:

You will be responsible for maintaining the site’s HVAC and mechanical building services, completing planned and reactive maintenance while ensuring the building remains compliant and operates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned and reactive HVAC maintenance
  • Diagnose and repair faults across mechanical systems
  • Maintain AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF systems, split systems, pumps and associated plant
  • Complete compliance checks and update maintenance records
  • Liaise directly with the client and specialist subcontractors
  • Support the wider facilities engineering team when required

Requirements:

  • Valid F-Gas Category 1 certification
  • Strong HVAC and building services maintenance experience
  • Experience working within commercial facilities
  • Confident with fault-finding and reactive maintenance
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
