Job Title: HVAC Engineer

Location: Ellistown, Coalville – LE67 Area

Pay Rate: £19.23 per hour (Umbrella)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:57 (40 hours per week)

Contract: Temporary Assignment – Immediate Start to 25 May 2026

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HVAC Engineer to support facilities maintenance operations within a large logistics and warehouse environment in the Coalville area.

The role will involve carrying out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks across HVAC systems and associated building services equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on HVAC and air handling systems
  • Respond to reactive maintenance tasks and system faults
  • Diagnose and repair faults across heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
  • Work alongside other engineering and maintenance personnel on site
  • Ensure maintenance activities are completed in line with site procedures and safety standards
  • Maintain accurate records of completed work and system checks

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Recognised HVAC qualification – Level 3 or above
  • Previous experience working within commercial, industrial, or logistics facilities environments
  • Strong experience with PPM schedules and reactive maintenance
  • Good fault-finding and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work effectively within a team-based engineering environment

Security Requirements

Due to site requirements, successful candidates will be required to pass site clearance checks prior to starting.

Assignment Details

  • Temporary contract running until 25 May 2026
  • 40 hours per week
  • Working hours 08:00 – 16:57, Monday to Friday
  • Based at a large logistics facility in Ellistown, Coalville
