Key Responsibilities:
Supervision & Leadership
- Lead a team of HVAC technicians and maintenance staff.
- Coach, mentor, and develop employees to improve technical skills and performance.
Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day service and maintenance contracts across client sites.
- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of maintenance tasks and repairs.
- Coordinate schedules, assign work orders, and monitor progress.
Technical Oversight
- Manage HVAC and gas systems maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical guidance.
- Implement energy-efficient practices and sustainability measures.
Budget & Resource Control
- Prepare quotes, manage budgets, and allocate resources effectively.
- Track costs and optimize operational efficiency.
Client & Stakeholder Relations
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction with service delivery.
- Communicate clearly about maintenance schedules, system performance, and project updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Expertise
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical maintenance.

- Skilled in scheduling, resource allocation, and project management.

- Clear and professional interaction with clients, contractors, and staff.
Problem-Solving
- Quick decision-making to resolve technical and operational issues.
Certifications
- HVAC qualifications, safety training, and possibly gas/electrical certifications depending on region.
