About the Role
Our Client is a leading Global HVAC (Commercial) manufacturer. As well as selling market-leading products to the UK's most prestigious projects, they also have a National Service Sales team selling service, maintenance, and PPM contracts to major accounts.
Responsibilities
- Leading and mentoring a team of 6 remote Sales Managers
- Influencing the Service strategy across the UK
- Playing a key role in delivering the ambitious growth plans for this major HVAC supplier

Requirements
- At least 5 years of sales management experience
- Considered a strong leader with excellent people development skills
Role Description
This is a 100% leadership and management role. In essence, you will lead, motivate, and develop a national Service Sales team, creating a high-performance culture and ensuring individuals are aligned to clear objectives and targets.

Compensation
- This role is paying up to £85K basic (DOE)
- Plus an uncapped bonus scheme for over-achievers
- A car or car allowance is included
