HVAC Project Manager
📍 Reading / Bristol
💰 £50,000 – £60,000
💼 Full-time, Permanent
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Project Manager to take ownership of projects from design through to commissioning and handover.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong mechanical/HVAC background who is confident managing clients, subcontractors, budgets and project delivery.
The Role
- Manage HVAC projects from design through to completion
- Plan programmes, resources and project deliverables
- Manage subcontractors and installation teams
- Oversee quality, health & safety and technical compliance
- Manage project budgets, costs and variations
- Liaise with clients, consultants, engineers and senior management
- Identify and manage project risks and resolve technical issues
- Manage commissioning, handover and project documentation

About You
- Strong HVAC / mechanical engineering background
- Previous HVAC project management experience
- Good understanding of HVAC installation requirements and systems
- Confident managing subcontractors and client relationships
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Competent with Microsoft Office

Degree in Mechanical Engineering/HVAC or relevant vocational qualification and significant experience
Desirable
- SMSTS / SSSTS
- NEBOSH or equivalent
- AutoCAD experience
