HVAC Project Manager

📍 Reading / Bristol
💰 £50,000 – £60,000
💼 Full-time, Permanent

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Project Manager to take ownership of projects from design through to commissioning and handover.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong mechanical/HVAC background who is confident managing clients, subcontractors, budgets and project delivery.

The Role

  • Manage HVAC projects from design through to completion
  • Plan programmes, resources and project deliverables
  • Manage subcontractors and installation teams
  • Oversee quality, health & safety and technical compliance
  • Manage project budgets, costs and variations
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, engineers and senior management
  • Identify and manage project risks and resolve technical issues
  • Manage commissioning, handover and project documentation

About You

  • Strong HVAC / mechanical engineering background
  • Previous HVAC project management experience
  • Good understanding of HVAC installation requirements and systems
  • Confident managing subcontractors and client relationships
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Competent with Microsoft Office

Degree in Mechanical Engineering/HVAC or relevant vocational qualification and significant experience

Desirable

  • SMSTS / SSSTS
  • NEBOSH or equivalent
  • AutoCAD experience
