We're actively hiring a commercially driven and customer centric HVAC Sales Development Manager, to join an established and expanding Newcastle based Manufacturing and Distribution organisation.
£35,000-£40,000 DOE + 1/4 bonus and monthly new business sales bonus, based on performance.
Newcastle office based with potential regional and national travel
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and convert new commercial opportunities across Construction, and Automotive markets.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with contractors, distributors, OEMs, and end-users.
- Map target sectors, analyse competitor activity, and develop strategies to expand product presence.
- Provide informed guidance on product selection, performance characteristics, and application suitability.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM updates to support business planning.
- Work closely with technical, sales and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Experience & Skills
- Industrial Sales Background with proven success in new business development.
- Established network or experience selling into HVAC or Construction industry.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and communicate product value clearly.
- Confident presenter with strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Comfortable in a hybrid role combining office-based planning with frequent client-facing activity.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the North East and wider UK as required.
