Due to the continued growth across our HVAC Facilities Management division, ASMEC FM are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Manager to join our expanding team.

This is an exciting opportunity new role for someone with a strong technical HVAC background who is ready to take the next step in their career. As our facilities division continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated individual who wants to play a key role in its future success. You will take ownership of a portfolio of commercial clients and sites, support and develop our engineering and office admin team, help shape the way we deliver our services as we continue to expand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial sites and clients, acting as a trusted point of contact and fostering long-term customer relationships
  • Providing quotes and tender contract preparing and submitting quotations and tender applications, ensuring they are accurate, commercially competitive and submitted within required deadlines applications
  • Maintain a hands-on role whilst on site, carrying out technical works when required while coordinating, supporting and managing engineers across various sites
  • Provide day-to-day leadership, technical support and ongoing development for a small team of HVAC maintenance engineers
  • Ensure the successful delivery of planned preventative maintenance, reactive callouts and remedial works
  • Provide technical and operational guidance to engineers, acting as a key point of support
  • Coordinate materials, parts and equipment to ensure jobs are delivered efficiently via the software
  • Monitor service performance, KPIs and operational management, reporting to the directors
