HVAC Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Supervisor to join our growing maintenance team, overseeing HVAC systems across a portfolio of commercial properties in London.
This is a hands-on supervisory role for someone technically strong, confident working independently and able to lead engineers and contractors. You'll be responsible for keeping HVAC systems running efficiently, while providing technical support to the wider maintenance team.
All our maintenance roles are foot mobile, and no driver's license is required.
You will be:
- Supervising and supporting HVAC engineers and specialist contractors
- Carrying out planned maintenance, servicing, fault-finding and reactive repairs
- Diagnosing faults and completing repairs with a strong focus on first-time fixes
- Managing contractors, site inspections and HVAC-related works
- Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard

About You
- Proven commercial HVAC maintenance and engineering experience
- Strong technical and fault-finding skills with the ability to work independently
- Previous experience supervising engineers or contractors
- Excellent communication, organisation and client-facing skills
- A proactive approach to health & safety, compliance and preventative maintenance
Requirements
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration or HVAC, or equivalent
- F-Gas qualification where applicable
- Relevant electrical or mechanical qualifications are advantageous
