We’re hiring an HVAC Systems Sales Manager to join Price Engineered Solutions, covering the Midlands & Central England.
This is a remote, field-based role focused on developing sales across a broad range of HVAC systems and building strong relationships with contractors, consultants and other key decision-makers.
The role will involve:
- Developing new and existing accounts across the region
- Identifying and managing project opportunities from specification through to order
- Building relationships with mechanical contractors and consultants
- Promoting grilles, diffusers, VAV/CAV systems, FCUs, AHUs, acoustics and wider HVAC solutions
- Delivering technical presentations and CPDs
- Managing quotations, commercial negotiations and margins
- Maintaining a strong regional pipeline and providing market intelligence

We’re looking for someone with established experience in HVAC, ventilation, building services or technical sales, with a strong understanding of specification-led and project-based sales. Existing relationships within the Midlands contractor and consultant market would be a significant advantage.

Location: Remote / Field-Based – Midlands & Central England
Office: Bristol
Salary: Circa £50,000 + car allowance + bonus
Basis: Full-time, permanent
