Responsibilities
- Learn and grow as an important part of a team that cares about RYPM and its customers
- Represent RYPM in a professional, courteous, and customer service-oriented manner on each and every service call; you are a proud ambassador for our company
- HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repairs for residential customers in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes
- General and other inspections including preventative maintenance of all types of appliances for residential users
- Respond to and efficiently manage HVAC service calls and work orders
- Conduct assessments, document findings, and upload details for work orders
- Install and configure HVAC-related components as needed
- Provide detailed assessments and recommendations for HVAC system improvements
- Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues, ensuring optimal performance

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in HVAC maintenance/repair
- Valid driver's license and suitable vehicle for transporting equipment
- Knowledgeable in HVAC systems, tools, and practices
- Organized with effective communication skills
- Independent and team-working abilities
- Availability for rotating shifts and standby duties
- Physically capable of performing required tasks (lifting 25 kg, bending, squatting)
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Must own an iPhone for job-related communications
- Excellent customer service skills
