We’re recruiting an experienced HVAC / Ventilation Engineer to join the expanding HVAC division of an established, independent M&E contractor based in Leeds.

🛠️ WHAT WILL YOU BE WORKING ON?
This is a hands-on installation role offering plenty of variety across commercial, industrial, healthcare, education and residential projects.
You’ll be installing and fabricating ductwork systems, working alongside experienced HVAC professionals and collaborating with plumbers, electricians and other trades to deliver high-quality installations.
Current projects include commercial office developments, specialist sports facilities, apartment refurbishments and large-scale developments.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Installing plastic and galvanised metal ductwork systems.
- Working with extract, supply, MVHR, VRF and general ventilation systems.
- Reading mechanical drawings, measuring, setting out and accurately fitting ductwork.
- Installing ductwork supports, dampers, grilles, diffusers and associated components.
- Coordinating with other trades to ensure installations run smoothly.
- Supporting HVAC equipment installation, testing and commissioning activities.
- Maintaining excellent standards of workmanship, health and safety.

👷 WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You’ll ideally have:
- Proven experience in ventilation installation or HVAC engineering.
- Practical experience installing both plastic and traditional sheet-metal ductwork.
- The ability to interpret technical drawings and set out installations accurately.
- Knowledge of ductwork fittings, accessories and associated systems.
- A full UK driving licence.
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail and a genuine team-player mentality.
CSCS, F-Gas, IPAF/PASMA and experience with MVHR, VRF or air handling units would be advantageous, but the key is having the right practical experience and attitude.
