Hilton is looking for a motivated, organized and dynamic team member to support delivery of administrative workload to our pro-active Sales Team.

The Sales Support role will sit within the centralized Sales Support team, based out of our Watford head office, and will provide a variety of administrative tasks in support of approx. 150 Hilton Worldwide Sales Account Managers and Directors across Europe, Middle East & Africa, as well as Hilton Direct EMEA teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Sales Support role is an administrative support function predominantly supporting HWS Account Managers and Directors across Europe, Middle East & Africa, however, may also include other members of the HWS EMEA team.

The role will be responsible in providing administrative tasks including but not limited to data/reporting, creation of customer & internal presentations, communication collateral, segment newsletter, travel and expenses, out of office coverage, opportunity loading, ad hoc event support and any other reasonable admin support requests; as well as liaising with clients both internal and external (if required).

There will be an element of system inputting (Salesforce) support in the management of group tour opportunities from the managed portfolio of accounts as well as proposal chasing.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Motivation, commitment and enthusiasm, with a willingness to learn new skills and build knowledge.
  • A professional and welcoming approach when working with customers and internal stakeholders, whether face to face, over the phone or through other channels.

What we’re looking for

  • A university degree, diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant experience in administrative roles where strong organisation and attention to detail are important.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Basic knowledge of MicroStrategy or similar reporting and data tools.
  • Experience working in multicultural or international environments.
  • Fluency in English.
