Location: UK or Europe (except Germany, Poland, Romania, Czech)

We are seeking specialized Hydrocarbon Accounting skills to support global Oil & Gas operators. The suitable candidates should have a combination of deep domain expertise in production accounting, hydrocarbon allocation, measurement and reporting with strong implementation, support, and transformation experience on the Energy Components platform. The right candidate should be an experienced professional who can work closely with customer stakeholders, operations teams, business users, and technology teams across global delivery locations.

The role offers opportunities across consulting, solution design, implementation, support, enhancement, migration, integration, testing, and managed services engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and lead Hydrocarbon Accounting initiatives across Oil & Gas assets.
  • Participate in business process assessment, solution design, implementation, and operational support activities.
  • Analyze production, allocation, measurement, inventory, and ownership accounting processes.
  • Support hydrocarbon allocation and reconciliation activities.
  • Assist in production accounting, inventory balancing, and reporting processes.
  • Support month-end and period-end accounting and reconciliation activities.
  • Work closely with production operations, production technologists, accounting teams, and business stakeholders.

Energy Components Solution Delivery

  • Participate in Energy Components' implementation, upgrade, migration, enhancement, and support projects.
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize Energy Components solutions.
  • Support issue analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause investigations.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
  • Develop functional specifications, test scenarios, and user documentation.
  • Support user acceptance testing and deployment activities.

Data & Integration

  • Support integration between Energy Components and enterprise platforms.
  • Analyze production and accounting data flows.
  • Support data validation, reconciliation, and quality management.
  • Assist in interface monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Work with reporting, analytics, and data management teams to ensure data consistency.
