Hygiene Cleaner – Food Production Facility – United Kingdom
We are recruiting for a reliable and hard-working Hygiene Cleaner to join a busy food production facility.
This role is essential to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety across office areas and factory environments.
Key Responsibilities
Office Cleaning
- Vacuuming, dusting and wiping down desks and surfaces
- Emptying bins and maintaining tidy office spaces
Factory Cleaning
- Cleaning production lines and factory floors during shutdown periods
- Ensuring all areas meet strict hygiene standards

Toilet Cleaning
- Cleaning and sanitising toilets, sinks, mirrors and floors
- Replenishing toilet paper, soap and paper towels
Teapoint / Kitchen Areas
- Wiping down surfaces and cleaning sinks
- Ensuring kitchenware is cleaned and stored correctly
- Maintaining overall cleanliness of communal areas
General Duties
- Following all health and safety procedures
- Reporting maintenance issues promptly
- Completing all tasks to a consistently high standard

Skills & Experience
- Previous cleaning experience preferred (food production experience advantageous but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good understanding of hygiene and safety standards
- Reliable and punctual
This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced production environment. High standards and consistency are essential.
