Join our snack-loving team
We’re looking for a Hygiene Facilities Operative to join us at KP Snacks. If you’re ready to bring your ideas to the table, grow your skills and be part of a team that values what makes you, you – this could be your next big move.
Who are we?
We’re KP Snacks, part of the Intersnack family. Across more than 30 countries, over 15,000 of us work together to make the snacks people love – from Hula Hoops to McCoy’s. In the UK, we’re a team of around 2,400 colleagues, based across seven sites and our Slough HQ. We’re proud of our close-knit culture, where we speak up, celebrate differences and push boundaries together.
About the role
We're looking for a Hygiene Facilities Operative to help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment at our Hellaby site. This role plays an important part in supporting our colleagues by ensuring staff facilities, office areas and washrooms are maintained to the highest standards.
Working as part of the Hygiene team, you'll complete a range of cleaning and hygiene tasks, accurately maintain records and help ensure site procedures are followed at all times. You'll use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely, dispose of waste and recycling correctly, and help keep hygiene storage areas organised and compliant.
This is a hands-on role that would suit someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong eye for detail and enjoys making a visible difference every day. You'll need to be proactive, reliable and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
At KP Snacks, we know that great workplaces are built by great people. If you're looking for an opportunity to join a supportive team where your contribution is valued and your development is encouraged, we'd love to hear from you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
