As our Hygiene Manager, you’ll be a key player in maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant environment during the nightshift. You’ll lead the hygiene team with a friendly and proactive approach, ensuring that all hygiene standards are met and exceeded. Responsibilities
- Oversee all hygiene operations during night shifts, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Lead and support the night hygiene team with a positive, encouraging leadership style.
- Conduct regular hygiene audits and inspections to maintain high standards.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to address any hygiene-related issues promptly.
- Stay updated on best practices and help implement improvements.
- Report back on hygiene performance and share insights with senior management.
Key Requirements
- Knowledge of food safety legislation and hygiene protocols.
- Eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
- Availability to work permanent night shifts.
- 5+ years of experience in hygiene management within a food manufacturing environment, ideally during night shifts.
- Experience managing large teams with strong motivating and development skills.
- Relevant qualifications in food hygiene or related fields (beneficial but not essential).
