You will lead the site hygiene strategy, ensuring environmental and equipment hygiene meets company and customer expectations. Working closely with Production, Technical, Engineering, and external service providers, you will coordinate effective hygiene activities that support food safety, quality, and operational performance.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and develop the site hygiene teams, promoting safe working practices, teamwork, and shared responsibility for site standards.
  • Plan and coordinate hygiene activities to maintain high standards of environmental and equipment cleanliness across all shifts.
  • Maintain and review Cleaning Instruction Cards (CICs), hygiene schedules, and risk assessments, ensuring they remain accurate, effective, and compliant with company, customer, and audit requirements.

  • Agree and manage labor and consumables budgets, ensuring resources are used effectively.
  • Provide practical, on-the-job hygiene training and assess employee competence to achieve consistent standards across the site.
  • Monitor hygiene performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure corrective actions are completed.
  • Support customer and third-party audits by presenting hygiene records and performance data, demonstrating controls, and supporting equipment inspections.

  • Attend different shifts as required to support, train, and review teams within our 24/7 operation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
