Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team in a leading food manufacturing company? Pilgrim’s Europe is looking for motivated Production operative to join our team and contribute to our success. If you have a keen eye for detail and a can-do attitude, this opportunity is for you!
Earn Big: Competitive Monthly rate, with the potential to earn over £500 per week!
Balanced Schedule: We have a shift pattern of working 18.00pm- 06.00am 4 on 4 off shift pattern, giving you more time for yourself.

Job Purpose
To be a key hygiene team member, delivering the required hygiene standards for the site. Have a strong focus on colleague safety and product quality.
Key Accountabilities
- Have safety as a key priority while completing any tasks.
- Only carry out tasks that training has been provided for and sit within the team members area of responsibility (e.g., do not operate equipment you are not authorised to use).
- Ensure that all tasks carried have been formally risk assessed.
- Embrace “Go for Zero” and promote positive behaviours and encourage other team members to work safely, when unsafe practices have been observed.
- Complete any safety checks that are required from your role, and ensure the environment is as safe as possible for all team members to work in.
- Wear all required PPE to ensure all tasks are completed safely.
- Follow the standard work, ensuring any safety concerns are raised to the right person at the right time.
