Hygiene Operative | No Experience Required | Chichester Food Park | Amazing Benefits

You'll work a days only shift pattern, with 12-hour shifts from 7:00am to 7:00pm.

Over a 4-week period, you'll work 14 shifts in total. A typical schedule is:

  • Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
  • Week 2: Wednesday & Thursday

With this rota, you'll enjoy every other weekend off, giving you regular time to rest, recharge, and plan ahead.

What you’ll do:

  • Chemical washing of production machinery and surrounding areas
  • Safely handle cleaning chemicals
  • Operating and maintaining hygiene equipment
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date hygiene records in accordance with company procedures

What we’re ideally looking for from you:

  • Previous hygiene experience in a factory or production environment
  • Positive attitude
  • Motivation and drive, with a willingness to learn
