Would you like to join us as a Standard Hygiene Operative?
You will help keep our food production areas clean, safe, and ready for use. You will clean equipment, work areas, and production lines to high hygiene standards. Your work will help protect food safety and support the production team. This is a hands-on role where teamwork, care, and attention to detail are important.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean work areas, production lines to the required standard
- Follow cleaning schedules and complete hygiene tasks on time
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly
- Follow safety, hygiene, and health and safety procedures at all times
- Dispose of waste safely and keep work areas clean and organised
- Report any damaged equipment or hygiene concerns to your Team Leader
- Work closely with production teams to keep the site clean and ready for use

- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to follow instructions and safe working procedures
- Good literacy skills
- Comfortable use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene and health and safety practices
