Hygiene Supervisor

Aberdeen | Late Shift | Up to £35,880 OTE

Eden Scott has been retained by Quality Foods of Aberdeen to recruit a Hygiene Supervisor to join their late shift operation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising hygiene activities across the site, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and compliance are maintained at all times.

You will lead and develop the hygiene team, oversee cleaning schedules, conduct inspections, and work closely with Production and Quality teams to support efficient manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead the hygiene team.
  • Ensure all cleaning schedules are completed to a high standard.
  • Monitor hygiene performance and conduct regular inspections.
  • Support food safety, quality, and compliance objectives.
  • Train and develop hygiene personnel.
  • Ensure COSHH procedures and risk assessments are adhered to.
  • Work closely with Production and Quality teams to maintain site standards.

What's Required?

  • Previous supervisory experience.
  • Experience within food manufacturing, hygiene, or sanitation environments.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Quality assurance and compliance experience.
  • COSHH and risk assessment knowledge.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to train and develop team members.

Package

  • Up to £36,920 OTE
  • Permanent, full-time position.
  • Late shift pattern (Monday to Friday, 2.30pm to 10.30pm)
