Are you an experienced Hygiene Manager, Team Leader or Supervisor ready for your next step?
At Warburtons, hygiene is about much more than keeping things clean. It plays a critical role in protecting our products, our people and the quality our customers expect from us every day.
We’re looking for a Hygiene Team Manager to join our Bristol Bakery, working Monday to Friday. You’ll lead and develop our Hygiene team, set high standards across the bakery and work alongside our Bakery Manager and wider site leadership team to continually improve the way we work.
The Recipe
You’ll take ownership of hygiene standards and performance across the bakery, creating an environment where your team understands not just what great looks like, but why it matters.
- Leading from the front, you’ll coach, motivate and develop your team to deliver consistently high standards of hygiene, food safety and compliance.
- You’ll work closely with colleagues across Operations, Engineering and Food Safety to identify opportunities, solve problems and make improvements that have a real impact on bakery performance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
