HYROX Overview
HYROX is a global sports event series that combines running and functional fitness training in a unique race format. Founded in Germany in 2017, HYROX has evolved into a worldwide fitness movement with events across five continents, attracting millions of athletes every season.
HYROX365 is our gym partnership solution: a complete ecosystem for gyms and coaches to integrate HYROX into their businesses. It includes weekly training programming, educational support, marketing rights, and co-branding opportunities to help gyms build a strong and successful HYROX community.
Role: Customer Success Manager (m/f/d)
As Customer Success Manager (m/f/d), you will play a crucial role in driving affiliate retention, brand integrity, and partner engagement across our growing global network. Moving beyond standard support, you will serve as a dual-impact operator: reactively managing complex inquiries, complaint escalations, and cross-departmental requests, while proactively using account data to boost system usage, deliver affiliate benefits, and guide gyms in building successful HYROX classes and communities.
In this role, you will own the critical points of the affiliate lifecycle - from managing early access ticket launches to jumping on high-stakes recovery calls to turn around cancellation requests. You will act as a guardian of the brand by identifying and resolving brand misuse, while serving as a key operational bridge by reporting vital account health data.
Balancing day-to-day resolution with long-term partner health, you will combine high emotional intelligence, data-driven strategy, and firm account management to protect retention, streamline support workflows, and maximize partner success across our expanding network.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Account Management & Proactive Success: Serve as the primary touchpoint for affiliates and gyms, driving proactive account engagement, tracking system usage, and guiding clients on implementing successful HYROX classes and community-building initiatives.
- Retention, Churn & Cancellation Recovery: Monitor account health indicators to flag early churn risks. Lead direct recovery calls for cancellation requests, identifying pain points and executing retention strategies to keep affiliates engaged.
- Affiliate Benefits & Ticket Access: Manage the end-to-end delivery of affiliate benefits, including coordinate early access and special allocations for HYROX ticket launches.
- Brand Protection & Misuse Enforcement: Actively monitor and address instances of brand misuse, ensuring non-compliant gyms or unauthorized entities strictly adhere to HYROX trademark and affiliation guidelines.
- Customer Support & Escalations: Provide high-quality reactive support, handling complex customer inquiries, managing escalations/complaints, and efficiently re-directing cross-departmental requests to the relevant teams.
- Data Reporting & Proactive Insights: Synthesize usage, support, and account health data into actionable reports for Regional Sales Captains. Use data insights to implement proactive operational and account-level changes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
