Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for Medical Equipment Installers based in the Bridgend area. The role involves visiting customer sites to install, configure, and test health and hygiene equipment in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing installation plans, performing mechanical and basic electrical connections, calibrating and commissioning equipment, and completing necessary documentation. Medical Equipment Installers will provide on-site user guidance, demonstrate correct equipment usage, and liaise with the customer service and technical support teams to resolve issues. The role also includes routine maintenance visits, fault-finding, and ensuring all work is carried out safely, cleanly, and in line with Reval’s quality procedures.
