About the Role
We're looking for an experienced IAM Analyst to join our Identity Delivery team as a bridge between the business and the Identity Platform. You'll act as a trusted identity evangelist for Business Units (BUs) – helping them see the art of the possible, translating platform capability into tangible business value, and shaping the use cases that make CIAM adoption worth doing. This is a role for someone who's as comfortable in a business conversation as a technical one – who can sit with a BU stakeholder, understand what they're really trying to achieve, and unpack how bringing the right data into the Identity Platform and putting its intelligence to work can move the needle for their part of the business.
Responsibilities
- Acting as an identity evangelist, engaging with Business Units to identify opportunities and explain the business value of adopting the Identity Platform
- Engaging with BUs to understand their business objectives and identify the use cases that matter most to them
- Unpacking the value within use cases – owning how data is brought into the platform, how its intelligence is used, and what that means for the business
- Building credibility with business stakeholders as a trusted advisor on customer identity and its commercial potential
- Translating technical CIAM capability into clear, business-friendly language and ROI narratives
- Producing use case documentation, business requirements, and value propositions to hand off to delivery teams
- Partnering closely with technical and delivery colleagues to ensure identified use cases are feasible, scoped, and deliverable
- Feeding BU insight and demand back into the CIAM roadmap and prioritisation process
- Supporting the wider Identity Delivery team in shaping how ProofID communicates CIAM value at scale
- Staying close to CIAM platform capability and identity data trends to keep spotting new opportunities

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Experience translating business objectives into concrete use cases and requirements
- Confident discussing data and analytics concepts well enough to make the business case for identity intelligence
- Grounding in identity standards (SSO, SAML/OIDC) is a plus
Required Skills
- Comfortable owning conversations directly with Business Unit stakeholders, not just internal teams
- A clear communicator who can translate technical CIAM concepts into business value for non-technical audiences
- Genuinely curious about how data and intelligence can shape better business outcomes
- Confident building relationships and spotting opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborative, comfortable working alongside technical delivery colleagues to turn ideas into reality
- Relevant IAM/CIAM certifications are a strong plus

What We Offer
Identity security is one of the most important – and most fast-moving – disciplines in technology today. It's demanding work, and we think it deserves a team, and a culture, that matches its ambition. Here’s what that looks like day to day, built around the values that guide how we work.
- We Do Great Work: We take pride in the craft of identity engineering. From a clean Conditional Access design to a flawless go-live, we hold ourselves to a standard of excellence that our clients – from Tesco Bank to global universities – have come to rely on.
- We Support Our Colleagues: Great identity solutions get built by teams, not individuals. We share knowledge freely, back each other up under pressure, and make sure no one is solving a hard problem alone. GPTW CERTIFIED UK & USA
- We Value Our Customers: Every decision starts with understanding the client's real challenge. We build long term partnerships, not one-off projects, and we measure our success by the outcomes we deliver for the organisations who trust us with their identities.
- We Are Curious: The identity landscape shifts every quarter. We stay genuinely curious, invest in learning, and treat new platform capability – from Agentic AI governance to the latest CIAM features – as something to get excited about.
ProofID is an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate based on sex, gender identity, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, neurodiversity, disability or any other protected basis because we believe the best and brightest come from all walks of life. We aspire to foster a community in which diversity is valued in both our employees and our ideas.
